Three pillars of documentation
1. Occasional rental agreement
Notarial deed specifying lease terms, rent, duration and obligations.
2. Tenant's statement
Tenant submits to enforcement and agrees to vacate after the lease ends. Prepared at the notary.
3. Substitute property owner's statement
Owner of the designated substitute property consents to accepting the tenant. May require notarial certification.
