3. Subject matter and nature of the service
The order concerns information and documentation services in the scope described for the product (e.g. documents for occasional tenancy, notarially certified address indication — according to the current offer).
Materials are template or auxiliary in nature. Final legal adequacy and notarial acceptance remain matters for the parties to the lease and the notary. Unless the offer states otherwise, the Service provider does not provide legal advice within the meaning of Polish advocates’ or legal advisers’ regulations.
Detailed scope, indicative timeframes and delivery methods (e.g. scan by e-mail, InPost shipment) are shown for each product on the Website.
4. Orders and conclusion of the contract
Orders are placed by completing the order form and initiating payment.
The contract is deemed concluded when the order is accepted for processing after successful payment authorisation (or as otherwise indicated in the checkout process).
The Customer must provide accurate, current data. The Service provider may refuse or suspend performance if there are justified doubts as to accuracy or legality.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include applicable VAT where required.
Payments are processed by PayPro SA (Przelewy24). The Customer may use the payment methods offered in the payment gateway. The Przelewy24 terms apply to payment processing.
If payment fails, the order will not start until the payment is received or the transaction is retried.
6. Performance, timeframes, delivery
The Service provider performs the order within the indicative timeframes stated for the product (e.g. scan within 24 hours of successful payment if so stated). Unless the offer says otherwise, timeframes are on business days.
Electronic documents are sent to the e-mail address given in the order. Physical shipment — according to the option chosen (e.g. InPost) to the address provided.
Risk of accidental loss or damage to a parcel passes to the Customer when the parcel is handed to the carrier, in line with applicable rules on electronic services and carriage.
7. Right of withdrawal (Consumers)
Consumers who conclude a distance contract have a 14-day right to withdraw without giving reasons, subject to statutory exceptions.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the Consumer’s express consent before the end of the withdrawal period and after information about losing the right — if such consent is provided in the order process.
Otherwise, withdrawal is made by a statement sent in writing or by e-mail to kontakt@adresokazjonalny.pl. Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of the statement, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
8. Complaints
Complaints may be sent to kontakt@adresokazjonalny.pl or by post to the Service provider’s correspondence address.
A complaint should include Customer details, a description of the issue and the request. The Service provider will respond within 14 days, with a possible extension for complex cases, of which the Customer will be informed.
Consumers may use out-of-court complaint procedures, including the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
9. Liability
The Service provider is liable for non-performance or improper performance within the limits set by law.
The Service provider is not liable for damage resulting from inaccurate data provided by the Customer, actions of third parties (e.g. postal operators, payment providers) or technical issues on the Customer’s side or internet providers.
Liability towards businesses for damages is limited to foreseeable typical loss unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
10. Intellectual property
Website content (texts, layout, marks) is protected. Copying or distribution without consent is prohibited except for personal use related to your order.

Disputes with Consumers fall under the jurisdiction rules of the Consumer Rights Act. Disputes with businesses are settled by the court competent for the Service provider’s seat unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
The Service provider may amend these terms. Changes apply from the date indicated on the new version; contracts in progress remain governed by the terms in force at conclusion unless law requires otherwise.
