Information on personal data processing under the GDPR.

Effective from: 14 May 2026

This privacy policy explains how AdresOkazjonalny.pl processes personal data of users and customers in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national law.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is the entity operating the AdresOkazjonalny.pl website.

Contact: e-mail kontakt@adresokazjonalny.pl, phone +48 796 991 964, correspondence address: ul. Marcina Kasprzaka 7, 01-211 Warsaw, Poland.

For data-protection matters you may contact us at the e-mail address above.

2. Categories of data

Depending on how you use the site and place an order, we may process in particular: tenant name, e-mail address, phone number, owner identifiers as provided in the form (e.g. PESEL or tax ID), address of the rented premises, rental-related dates, invoicing details if you provide them, the content of your messages to us, technical data (e.g. IP address, browser information), payment session identifiers, and data necessary to process payments and complaints.

We collect personal data directly from you (order form, e-mail, phone) and when you use the website (server logs, cookies if you consent).

3. Purposes and legal bases

Performance of the contract for services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — preparing documents, communication about fulfilment, billing and invoicing.

Online payments (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — transactions are processed by PayPro SA (Przelewy24) to the extent required by that operator.

Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — e.g. issuing and retaining accounting records.

Analytics and service improvement after you consent to analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — our legitimate interest in protecting our rights.

Direct marketing of our own services where permitted by law (Art. 6(1)(a) or (f) GDPR).

4. Recipients

Data may be transferred to processors acting on our instructions (e.g. hosting, e-mail, accounting, courier InPost if you choose physical delivery).

Payments are handled by PayPro SA, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-327 Poznań, Poland (Przelewy24) — we transfer data necessary to authorise and settle the payment.

If we use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), the provider may process anonymised or pseudonymised data under its own documentation after you accept the relevant cookies.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers (e.g. cloud analytics) may involve transfers to third countries. Such transfers rely on an adequacy decision by the European Commission or approved standard contractual clauses.

Further details are available in the relevant provider’s documentation after you consent to its cookies.

6. Retention

Order-related data is kept for the time needed to perform the contract and then for limitation periods or as required by law (e.g. accounting retention).

Marketing data is kept until you object or withdraw consent.

Security logs — for a period justified technically and legally.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability (where applicable) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, https://uodo.gov.pl.

8. Cookies

The site may use strictly necessary cookies and, after your consent, analytics cookies.

You can accept or reject analytics cookies in the cookie banner; your choice is stored in the browser (localStorage). You can also manage cookies in your browser settings.

9. Whether provision of data is mandatory

Providing the data marked as required in the order form is voluntary but necessary to conclude and perform the contract. Without it we cannot fulfil your order.

10. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing which produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

11. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including HTTPS encryption and access restrictions to authorised persons only.

12. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will be published on this page with the effective date.
