What is occasional rental?

Occasional rental (Polish: najem okazjonalny) is a special form of residential lease where the tenant voluntarily submits to enforcement if they fail to vacate the property after the lease ends. It is regulated by Art. 19a of the Polish Tenant Protection Act.
